If you’ve ever set up a Shopify store, you know the importance of design. Every color, font, and layout choice helps build trust with your customers. But when it comes to compliance, many merchants face the same problem: cookie banners that clash with their store’s theme.

That’s where this collaboration comes in. We teamed up with Vevol Media, the creators behind the elegant Noblesse theme, to test how Consentmo’s Match Theme setting can fetch theme styles automatically and create a banner that feels like part of the store - not an afterthought.

About Vevol Media & the Noblesse Theme

Vevol Media is a Europe-based Shopify Partner agency founded in 2018. They specialize in theme development, custom builds, and smooth platform migrations, helping merchants in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and B2B create high-performance Shopify stores. Beyond client work, they also design and publish their own premium themes - like Noblesse - focused on speed, usability, and conversion.

Noblesse themes and presets

Noblesse is designed with modern Shopify brands in mind:

  • Clean, elegant layouts
  • Flexible customization for different industries
  • A premium feel that elevates the storefront experience

It’s exactly the kind of theme where design consistency matters.

Any element that feels “out of place” - like a generic cookie banner - can disrupt the polished look merchants worked hard to achieve.

The Challenge

Merchants know they need cookie banners for GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws. The problem?

  • Design breaks: Standard cookie banners often look generic and fail to match a store’s branding.
  • Manual fixes: Custom CSS styling is time-consuming, especially for non-technical merchants.
  • Compliance risk: Some merchants hide or disable banners altogether to avoid design issues, which creates exposure to fines and damages customer trust.

For agencies like Vevol, this is even more critical. They want to hand over stores that are not only visually stunning but also compliance-ready from day one.

The Solution: Consentmo’s Match Theme

To solve this, Consentmo introduced Match Theme, a feature built to remove the friction between design and compliance.

Here’s how it works:

  • When you install the app, Consentmo automatically fetches your theme’s colors and settings.
  • The cookie banner instantly aligns with your store’s brand palette, fonts, and layout.
  • Merchants don’t need to touch a single line of CSS - everything feels native from the start.

This small detail makes a big difference. Instead of a cookie banner that looks “bolted on,” Match Theme ensures compliance blends seamlessly into the store design.

Testing Noblesse + Consentmo in Action

For this case study, we installed Consentmo on Vevol’s Noblesse theme and enabled the Match Theme setting.

Here’s what we found:

Before Match Theme: The banner appeared functional but clearly separate from the store design, using default colors that clashed with Noblesse’s elegant look.

After Match Theme: The banner automatically synced with Noblesse’s palette. Buttons, background, and typography felt native, as if they had been designed alongside the theme.

The result?

A cookie banner that didn’t interrupt the customer journey, yet still met GDPR/CCPA requirements. For merchants, this means less setup, fewer support tickets, and a faster time to launch.

Shared Value for Merchants

This collaboration highlights what happens when compliance and design work hand in hand:

  • For Vevol Media: Their Noblesse theme delivers not just style, but also built-in compliance compatibility.
  • For Consentmo: Proof that Match Theme works seamlessly across premium Shopify themes.
  • For Merchants: A store that looks professional, stays legally compliant, and builds trust with customers - without hours of manual adjustments.

It’s a win-win-win.

TL;DR

  • Partnership: Consentmo teamed up with Vevol Media to test the work between the Noblesse theme and the Consentmo’s GDPR banner.
  • Challenge: Cookie banners often disrupt a store’s design.
  • Solution: Consentmo’s Match Theme automatically syncs banner colors with the theme.
  • Result: Native-looking compliance banners, faster setup, and more trust for merchants.

Summary

When compliance looks and feels native, merchants don’t have to choose between trust and design.

This case study shows how Consentmo and Vevol Media are making that possible together.
