Configure a Not Eligible email for EU Withdrawal requests, so customers are clearly informed when their request cannot be accepted.
- Automatic customer notification: Customers receive a clear email when their withdrawal request is not eligible.
- Supports merchant decisions: Send the email when you manually mark a request as Not eligible, or when the request falls outside the allowed withdrawal period set in your settings.
- Editable email content: Customize the subject line, body text, and footer text to your preference.
You can manage this email anytime from Privacy Center > EU Withdrawal > Manage Page > Emails > Not eligible email.
