Set Up Your Own Sending Domain for Compliance Emails

Consentmo now supports a Unified Domain Sender, allowing Plus and Enterprise merchants to send automated compliance emails from their own verified domain instead of the default no-reply@mail.consentmo.com. Once configured, the verified domain applies to both EU Withdrawal and Smart Privacy Center emails, depending on which features are active.

• One setup for multiple email flows: Configure your sending domain once from global Settings and use it across supported compliance emails.
• Build customer trust: Send emails from your own branded domain and improve your deliverability and open rates.
• Clear setup status: Track whether your domain is pending verification or fully connected with simple status badges.
• Easy fallback: Remove the sending domain anytime to return to the default Consentmo sender.
