TCF 2.4 Is Now Supported

Consentmo now supports IAB TCF 2.4 for stores using the TCF banner. The update is applied automatically to stores where TCF is already enabled.

What's changed:

• Automatic update: Stores already using TCF are updated automatically from TCF 2.3 to TCF 2.4.
• Feature explanations: Ordinary Features now include the official IAB explanation and a short example from the IAB vendor list, shown in the visitor's language.
• Device-identification wording: Special Feature 2 now uses the IAB name: "Identify devices based on information actively requested."
• Existing visitor choices are kept: Visitors are not asked again after the TCF version changed. They will still see the banner when a choice is missing, expired, or withdrawn.
• No merchant action needed: Everything is rolled out automatically for you.

The update applies to the storefront cookie banner, including the theme embed, existing script, and headless setups. Review your TCF setup from Settings > TCF 2.4.
