TCF Settings Page Update

We've updated the TCF settings page to make setup easier to manage and to review your banner.

What's changed:

• Simpler activation: Shorter, clearer text makes setup easier to follow.
• Interactive banner preview: Click through the TCF banner and see how it looks based on your current settings.
• Improved vendor selection: Review available vendors more clearly and see any additional vendors you select.
