New EU Withdrawal Filters & Status Updates

We've improved EU Withdrawal request management to make it easier to find specific requests, understand their current status, and handle cases where an order cannot be matched or verified.

What's changed:

• New email & order ID filters: Filter requests by customer email or Shopify order ID.
• Clearer request statuses: Easily distinguish between Open requests ready for action, Not found requests awaiting customer verification, and No match requests.
• Request filtering: Status tabs and labels now reflect the request's actual progress, helping you focus on requests that need attention.
• Dismiss unmatched requests: A new Dismiss action lets you close Not found or No match requests without sending a decline email to the customer.
