Consentmo now includes a new Terms & Conditions feature! Customers must check the box before continuing through the related purchase action, helping stores make important terms, policies, or purchase conditions more visible before checkout.

What this new feature brings:

• Required agreement: Add a mandatory checkbox that customers need to accept before checkout.
• Flexible placement: Show the checkbox on product pages, cart pages, or supported cart drawers.
• Link your Terms policy or custom URL: Use your Shopify Terms of Service policy or link to a custom terms, policy, or agreement page.
• Design control: Adjust checkbox, text, link, and error colors, add custom CSS, and preview the experience on desktop and mobile before saving.
• Multilingual content and alerts: Show checkbox messages and validation alerts for the languages enabled in your Shopify store.
• Acceptance records: When Record every acceptance is enabled, Terms & Conditions acceptances are saved in Analytics & Reports → Reports.

You can set it up from Age Gate & Terms > Terms & Conditions. The feature is available on Plus and Enterprise plans.
