You can now customize your cookie banner text per US state, giving you more flexibility to meet region-specific legal requirements.

Here's what we introduced:

  • State-specific messaging: Set different banner text for California, Florida, Texas, and more.
  • Better compliance alignment: Adapt your messaging to match state-level privacy laws and disclosure requirements.
  • Easy to manage: Configure everything directly from Smart Geotargeting in Regions.

This makes it easier to stay compliant while keeping your messaging precise and relevant across different US states. Edit your text from Cookie Banner > Regions > Edit (requires Smart Geotargeting to be enabled).

This interface shows an "Edit Region" configuration modal used to override global cookie banner copy for specific US states. It features custom text fields for regional cookie consent messaging, an "Accept" button label, and a "Do not sell or share" button
