EU Withdrawal is now available

From June 19, 2026, stores selling to EU consumers need a clear online way for buyers to withdraw from an order.

Shopify has already published guidance about the new EU withdrawal requirement. EU Withdrawal helps you get ready:

  • Withdrawal page
  • Order status page button
  • Automatic confirmation emails
  • Order matching by email and order number
  • CSV-exportable records

No automatic cancellations or refunds. You stay in control.

Set it up from Privacy Center > EU Withdrawal page before the deadline.
