Full Behavior Visibility for Smart Geotargeting

We've upgraded Smart Geotargeting to give you greater visibility and control over your region-based settings.

• Better visibility: The Behavior tab now clearly shows how each region is configured, including consent model, consent mechanism (explicit or implied), and US opt-out settings.
• US opt-out signals per state: Configure the opt-out message visibility per state.
• More granular configuration: This is another update towards providing you granular control over each individual region you have active.
