Handle More U.S. Privacy Requests With a New Case Dashboard
U.S. visitors can now submit two additional request types, and you can track every case, status, and deadline in one place.

Update
We've expanded the Smart Privacy Center to better match U.S. requirements — with new request types, smarter privacy options, and a dedicated dashboard to manage it all.
- Two new U.S. request types: Visitors from any U.S. state can now request to provide more information about processing activities and request lists of third-party disclosures.
- Options that adapt to local law: Privacy choices now reflect local requirements — for example, Withdrawal of Consent now only appears where it's actually applicable (such as certain regions outside the U.S.), and no longer shows for U.S. states where it isn't required.
- New request dashboard: Track requests, statuses, deadlines, and full case details in one place — including email, location, date received, days remaining, submission source, and IP address.
- Built-in deadline tracking: Every U.S. request gives you the legal 45 days to respond, and the dashboard flags which cases are open, which need review, and which have expired.
- Merchant-controlled responses: Add internal notes, mark cases as declined or completed, and keep a clear log of every request. Exports are supported too.
Find it under Privacy Center > Smart Privacy Center, and manage cases from Customer Data Requests.
