Let Shoppers Add an Optional Note to Their Withdrawal

Building on the new Reasons feature, you can now let shoppers add an optional Additional note when submitting a withdrawal request.

• Automatically displayed: The Additional note field appears right below the selected withdrawal reason whenever the Reasons option is enabled.
• Always optional: The field stays optional for the shopper, no matter which withdrawal reason they choose.
• Saved with the request: If a shopper enters a note, it's stored together with their submitted withdrawal request — so you can review it alongside all the other request details.

You can review each shopper's note directly in Privacy Center > Requests > [Order] > View.
