New US Privacy Laws Now Supported

Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island added for 2026 compliance.

Update

We now support the latest US privacy laws that went into effect on January 1, 2026 in Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. With these additions, there are now 20 US states with specific legal requirements for data privacy and consent.

If you are selling in the US, we recommend taking these steps:

  • Activate recommended states: Update your banner settings to include the newly required US states from Cookie Banner > Regions.
  • Update your US Compliance Page: Make sure your Data Request / Compliance page reflects the latest state-level requirements. Update from Settings > Policies.

Just complete the steps above and you're all set — your banner behavior and compliance setup will stay accurate across the US moving forward.
