Put Withdrawal Orders on Hold

We've added a new option to the EU Withdrawal setup. Consentmo can now automatically change the fulfillment status of the related Shopify order to On hold, as long as the order has not yet been fulfilled.

• Automatic order hold: Put unfulfilled Shopify orders on hold when a withdrawal request is submitted.
• Helps prevent accidental fulfillment: Gives your team time to review the request before the order is processed further.

You can enable this from Privacy Center > EU Withdrawal > Setup > Put unfulfilled orders on hold.
