Tracker Manager New Home

This update brings cookie and tracker controls inside your Cookie banner setup, improves visibility for key configuration settings, and refreshes parts of the interface for a cleaner, more consistent experience.

What's changed:

• Tracker Manager moved: Page is removed from the side menu and is now located under Cookie banner > Cookies & Trackers.
• "Cookie state before user choice" is now visible upfront where applicable, making important configuration details easier to review.
• Reorganized Settings: Consent Preferences now comes first, settings are grouped more clearly, and Headless/JavaScript has moved under Developer Tools.
• Improved app UI: We refined text wrapping, alignment, spacing, colors, and copy across the app for a cleaner, more consistent experience.
