You Can Now Exclude Products from EU Withdrawal
Mark products as not eligible for withdrawal while keeping them visible to customers via a 'withdrawal-exempt' product tag.

We've added Excluded Products to the EU Withdrawal page, giving you an easy way to manage products that are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal.
- Excluded products section: Enable, manage and check exempt products directly from the Withdrawal page settings.
- Shopify tag-based workflow: Tag products with the
withdrawal-exempttag which auto-excludes them from being withdrawn. - Clear storefront experience: Exempt products are shown as not eligible for withdrawal, so customers understand why they cannot select them.
- Built-in validation: Withdrawal requests cannot be submitted for exempt products, helping prevent invalid requests.
You can manage excluded products from EU Withdrawal > Withdrawal Page > Excluded products.
