Send EU Withdrawal Emails From Your Own Branded Domain

Instead of sending withdrawal emails from the default Consentmo address, you can now connect your own sending domain and use an address like withdrawals@yourstore.com.

• Your brand in the inbox: Customers receive withdrawal confirmation and notification emails from a domain they recognize, not an unfamiliar third-party address.
• Simple DNS verification: Copy the provided CNAME records, add them to your DNS provider, and verify. The whole process takes a few minutes.
• Fits your existing EU Withdrawal setup: The custom domain applies across all EU Withdrawal email types, confirmation, not eligible, and status updates, with no extra configuration.
• Fallback handled automatically: If verification fails or the domain is removed, Consentmo falls back to the default address so your emails keep going out.

Handle More U.S. Privacy Requests With a New Case Dashboard

We expanded the Smart Privacy Center to better match U.S. state privacy requirements, with two new request types, updated privacy options, and a dedicated dashboard to manage every case from submission to resolution.

• Two new request types: U.S. visitors can now submit Correct my data and Limit use of sensitive data requests alongside the existing access, delete, and opt-out options.
• Case dashboard: Every incoming request gets a case record with status, assigned deadline, and full activity history. Track open, in-progress, and resolved cases in one view.
• Deadline tracking built in: Each case type carries its legally required response window. The dashboard surfaces overdue and upcoming deadlines so nothing slips through.
• Cleaner privacy options for visitors: The updated Smart Privacy Center surfaces the right request types based on the visitor's state, so customers only see options that apply to them.

Country Restrictions for Smart Privacy Center. Limit the Country of residence options shown inside the Smart Privacy Center, so only visitors from relevant countries can submit privacy requests through your page.

Not Eligible Email for EU Withdrawal. Configure an automatic notification email that fires when a withdrawal request cannot be accepted, so customers are always clearly informed.

Customize the Reply-To Footer Field in Emails. Choose whether the reply-to message and email address appear at the bottom of Smart Privacy Center and EU Withdrawal emails, and set the exact address customers should reply to.

Let Shoppers Add an Optional Note to Their Withdrawal. Customers can now add an open-text note alongside their selected withdrawal reason, giving merchants more context with each request. The field appears automatically when Reasons are enabled. Manage it from EU Withdrawal > Withdrawal Page > Fields.

Choose Which Tracker Types Appear on Your Preferences Page. Control exactly which tracker categories are visible on your Preferences Page, cookies, scripts, storage, pixels, iframes, and more, for a cleaner, more relevant disclosure for your visitors.

Smart Language Suggestions for Your Cookie Banner. Consentmo now reviews your recent visitor traffic and suggests banner languages that are missing from your current setup. Add them in one click without leaving the suggestion prompt.

New Analytics & Reports Page. The Analytics section is now consolidated into a single Analytics & Reports page, with dedicated tabs for cookie banner insights, DSAR activity, and EU withdrawal requests. Find it under Analytics & Reports in the main nav.

Customize Your Analytics Dashboard. Rearrange analytics cards and panels inside the Analytics & Reports page using drag-and-drop to build a view that matches how you work. Changes are saved per account. Manage it from Analytics & Reports > Customize Layout.
